Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Surrey and cover the surrounding counties. We can install outside of these but there may be extra travelling costs, please contact us.

Do the prices shown on the website include fitting?
Yes the prices include supply, delivery and fitting of the window.

Does the fitting include full plastering and making good?
The prices quoted are for fitting the windows into unconverted lofts. If you require plastering we do charge a little extra. Please contact us for a quote.

Will scaffolding be required?
The vast majority of roof windows can be installed from the inside without the need for scaffolding.

What is the lead time I can expect?
From placement of order we aim to install your windows within 7-10 days.

Will a site visit be necessary?
We can price a lot of installations over the phone if you can provide us with a few details, a site visit will be arranged if required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cheques and bank transfers. We normally require a small deposit at placement of order with the balance due on completion.

Can you install a window without supplying it?
Yes, if you already have the window we can install it for you. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you supply Velux blinds?
We can supply and install blinds for the windows we fit. For more information on blinds please visit the Velux Website.

Do you offer a supply only service for Velux windows?
Unfortunately we currently only offer a supply and fit service.

Are your fitters Velux trained?
Yes all of our fitters have been trained at the Velux Academy.
